Adeso Trucks B.V. can offer you various services. Every purchased vehicle must arrive safely at its destination. Most trucks are picked up while driving. For this, customers must have temporary license plates. Below you can read about the various options we offer. It is also possible to transport the purchased trucks using a low loader or to ship them.

  • 01 RDW recognized

    Adeso Trucks holds RDW recognition and can provide the following services:

    • Dutch-registered vehicles with a valid MOT are provided with an official export declaration and temporary license plates upon export, and are deregistered in the RDW system.
    • Deregistration of vehicles, so that the vehicle is included in our company stock.
    • For Dutch customers who purchase a Dutch-registered vehicle, we handle the transfer of this vehicle to the customer's name.
    • RDW inspections, to provide foreign vehicles with a Dutch registration certificate and any necessary MOT inspection. 
    • We have green dealer plates available, so that purchased trucks can be picked up with or without a valid MOT certificate, or without license plates.

  • 02 Transport and Shipping

    There are various options for transporting a truck from A to B. A tractor unit can be driven away, or transported by low loader, ship, or a combination thereof. Thanks to years of international experience within this industry, we have diverse transport options available, allowing you to save costs.   • 03 Customs Documents

    When transporting vehicles outside the EU, various customs documents are required. The most commonly used document is an EX1 document (Sagitta). For some countries, a deposit of 10% must be paid. As soon as the vehicle leaves the EU, the customer receives the paid deposit back. 

    In a number of countries, an EUR1 declaration is also required; naturally, we can arrange this for you as well. We are authorized to handle all customs formalities in-house from our office.

  • 04 Transit license plates

    Vehicles departing by road to the country of destination must be equipped with a valid export license plate. This concerns a temporary license plate, which is valid for a limited number of days. There are various options for the temporary plates. The specific license plate applied and the cost depend on the origin of the truck. In consultation with the customer, we can arrange the most suitable license plate for you.
